With so many brands available, we are always in a dilemma, which are the Best oils to be used?

This Oils could be used respectively:
For Indian style cooking the oil used should have high Smoke Point. Smoke Point is the temperature zone at which the oil starts to break down and give off acrid and sometimes toxic fumes. In India the cooking is done at high temperatures, thus the oils used should have a high smoke point.
For Salad Dressing:
The Oil used for dressing should be rich in omega & Vitamins, simultaneously should have good flavour.
For adding from top to cooked food (Dal, Khichadi, Soups, Roti):
Same as above should be rich in omega & Vitamins, simultaneously should have good flavour.
For Direct Consumption:
Should be rich in omega & Vitamins, simultaneously should have good flavour.
Should have high density and Vitamins. Should be nourishing and easily absorbed by the body.
